The Squat Depth Test

This test measures the quality of your squat

Part 1 - If you can lower your hip crease below top of knee you receive 1 point 

 

Part 2 - If your torso remains vertical you receive 1 point 

 

Part 3 - If your are able to keep your hands behind your head you receive 1 point

 

Part 4 - If your Heels  come off the ground you lose 1 point​

 

Part 5 - If your knees buckle inward you lose 1 point

     

 

How did you do ?   

     1 point is needs improvement

     2 points is passing

     3 points high quality
