

Summer Speed Camp
Come join us this summer for another summer of speed! This summer will be a special one.
Sessions 1:
June 2rd- June 25th
Session 2:
July 7th-July 30th
Train 2x per week
When?
Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00-9:30 am
What to bring
Tennis shoes (NO CLEATS)
-We will be running, stopping, cutting, and jumping wear shoes that can handle that without slipping. Cleats will not be allowed on the turf, you will be asked to train barefoot if no shoes are available.
Water
-It's summer time in Texas you know the drill. Hydration is key please drink water throughout the day and have something with you during training.
Positive attitude
- Athletes will be exposed to a variety of training methods from technical drilling, strength, mobility and competitive games. Be ready to learn and don't hang your head if you don't get something right on your first try. This training camp is about learning skill and becoming better teammates.
