Summer Speed Camp
Come join us this summer for another summer of speed! We will have two time slots for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Session 1 - 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Session 2 - 9:05-10:05 a.m.
What to bring
-We will be running, stopping, cutting, and jumping wear shoes that can handle that without slipping.
-It's summer time in Texas you know the drill. Hydration is key please drink water throughout the day and have something with you during training.
- Athletes will be exposed to a variety of training methods from technical drilling, strength, mobility and competitive games. Be ready to learn and don't hang your head if you don't get something right on your first try.
