Youth Speed and strength

This movement-based class is geared towards developing athleticism through a variety of skills training.
Sprint mechanics, agility and strength training are the backbone of each class. A holistic approach allows athletes to learn proper technique for accelerating and changing directions, helping each athlete perform at their best.
