Spring Break Speed Camp 2025

This fun and engaging class is for elementary (8-11) aged kids looking to learn and grow as athletes. We will focus on sprinting mechanics, body weight strength training and learning how to be good teammates.

Class schedule:

PLEASE NOTE: the 9:30 am time slot is only on the 17th & 19th
