Stillness leads to speed

Far too often when teaching my younger athletes I have noticed that many of them struggle with balance and strength. I think the main reason for this is simply the lack of exposure to these types of task. Many drills that I have used over the years require the ability to hold certain positions so that the athlete can be in an advantageous position to produce power. That is why I have put together these drills to help athletes develop the motor control to move in and out of certain positions.
