April's Athlete of the Month

A new month is upon us and I'd like to reflect back and celebrate the victories and the hard work put in by one special young man, King Grimm. King has been competing all year with central Texas's fastest athletes on the track; he even qualified for the Area championships in the 4x400 relay. The week before Area, he shattered his previous personal best in the 400m, finally breaking the 50-second barrier. With the school season now complete, we are looking ahead to summer track where he will compete with the fastest kids in the country at Junior Olympics and continue to run faster and faster times.
