Running is a beautiful activity when you find harmony with your body and get to where you want to go as fast or as slow as you want. Unfortunately people aren’t always mindful and can rush their runs and get sloppy with their technique which can cause them pain or just keep them from reaching their potential. With most sports requiring you to run it boggles my mind that more coaches are not spending the time to breakdown how to run and give simple steps to help break bad habits and build new one. This training camp does just that, it's designed to teach youth athletes the fundamental elements of sprinting and provides the feedback needed to make technical corrections.
It's about technique not torture.
