This program designed to increase your strength and power focusing on 3 main components that are required to reach your maximum potential.

1) High Quality Movement- if your joints are stiff you'll limit your force production.

2) Relative strength- Getting the most strength out of your body using methods from gymnastics.

3) Plyometrics- using plyos is the best way for retraining your nervous system to do the work for you instead of relying on your muscles, that's what makes Olympians look so smooth when they run.

Phase 1 includes three training days each week for four weeks straight. 
This program is not intended for beginners. Make sure you have at least one year of weightlifting experience before implementing this program.
