Schedule update!



Starting in May, Youth Speed and Strength will be offered 3 times a week. That’s right, your youngster can now train Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:00 p.m.


Never heard about it?

Youth Speed and Strength is the P.E. class we all wished we had growing up. This class provides exposure to many athletic skills that are needed for any sport like sprinting, jumping, climbing and even strength training. This class will also teach your child the nonphysical skills needed for everyday life for a growing child like teamwork, discipline, focus and communication.


How old does my child need to be?

This class is designed for children ages of 9-11. Some children may be just outside this range and still be a great fit depending on maturity and training experience.
