Service Description
This movement-based class is geared towards developing athleticism through a variety of skills training. Sprint mechanics, agility and strength training are the backbone of each class. A holistic approach allows athletes to learn proper technique for accelerating and changing directions, helping each athlete perform at their best.Â

Note: cancellations less than 12 hours prior to class start time will not be refunded. This helps ensure everyone has a fair chance to get a spot in class and sign up in time.
